2007-08-10 BIOS release, Build #110 production

- Change default mode for all PCI interrupts. Default IRQ is now IRQ10. This solves
  the problem which occur if EKF XB1 is used on third-party COM Express carrier boards,
  on which PCI interrupt routing is either unknown or not spec conform.
